Rizick & Rizick CPAs is a boutique, hands-on accounting firm located in Old Bridge, NJ. Our company is based on the belief that our clients' needs are of the utmost importance. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat clients and referrals. We are equipped to conduct engagements remotely or virtually.
Our services include accounting services for businesses, financial statement preparation, business valuation, bookkeeping, and tax preparation including estate and gift tax returns. We also provide consulting, audit and reporting services that are required under SSAE 18 for SOC 1 ( Type 1 and Type 2) reports.
Gail Rizick, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, ASA
Gali Rizick is the lead principal of our firm. Gail is certified in business valuation and forensic accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
Gail earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University Business School in 1987, became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990 and a Certified Valuation Analyst in 2001. Prior to starting her own firm she was an accounting/tax manager and the director of valuation services for larger public accounting firms in the New Jersey area.
Stuart Rizick, MBA, CPA, CGMA earned his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University Business School in 1987. In addition, Stuart has a MBA in accounting from Rutgers University and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Stuart is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
